CREATING ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH LOCAL FOOD SYSTEMS
Farmers, chefs, caterers, restauranteurs, wholesale buyers, hospitals, schools, and other food buyers are invited to attend a FREE series of workshops designed to increase access and utilization to local and regional food.
Participants will explore opportunities and challenges associated with product, sales, distribution, and promotion. They will also learn about strategies for local food system business development.
