The Fee for booking the recreation room and kitchen at the Fire Dept. is $100 per day (9am-9pm)
A Security Deposit of $50 to be paid by check or cash only. The deposit will be returned once the Key is returned, and the building or facility is checked for damages.

- Please call the Town Office to reserve the multi-purpose room.
- Payment must be made within 2 weeks of approval for rental. If payment has not been received within 2 weeks the event will be removed from the calendar and made available for rent by others.
- All payments should be made at the Pearisburg Municipal Building located at 112 Tazewell St.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- It is the responsibility of those using the facilities to bag and remove trash.
