Mayor Committees
As soon as convenient after the organization of each Council, the Mayor shall appoint the following Committees: Finance Committee; Public Works Committee; Public Safety Committee; and the Property and Recreation Committee.
Each committee of the Council shall be compromised of a minimum of two Councilmembers and one citizen member. The Councilmember first named on each committee shall be the chair thereof, upon whose call the members of the Committee shall meet.
